Darren Dickson has worked for many years as a trainer of multicultural teams with a focus on ESL/EFL and LOTE. He has more recently worked in an academic role at USQ leading post-graduate courses on language and literacy assessment and language program management. Darren is currently undertaking his PhD, focusing on adaptive leadership in language teaching organisations.
